How we
accomplish our mission is as important as the mission itself.
Fundamental to the success for the Association are these basic core
values.
People: Our members are the source of our strength.
They determine our reputation and vitality. Involvement and
teamwork are core human values.
Member
Involvement is Essential to Our Success: We are a team. We must maintain a positive
attitude to be successful. We must treat each other with trust and
respect, promote friendships, and develop a harmonious environment.
We must maintain positive relations and be actively involved with
the Mandal and Mandal
functions, community members, as well as with other similar
associations.
Continuous
Improvement is Essential to Our Success: We must strive for excellence in everything
we do; our human relations, our growth, and ultimately to develop a
stronger foundation for future youth members to actively
participate and be involved in the Association.
Integrity
is Never Compromised: The
conduct of our Association must be pursued in a manner that is
socially responsible and commands respect for its integrity and for
its positive contributions to society. Our doors are open to all
community members without discrimination, and without regard to
personal beliefs.
Having Fun: We are committed to creating an environment
where every member enjoys being a part of the organization, and
ultimately we HAVE FUN!
